When you book a tour through our website or by contacting us directly, you enter into a contract with Charmingplanetox. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of the booking price.

5.1 Booking Process

To make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact details, preferred dates, and any special requirements. We will confirm your booking via email once we have verified availability and received any required deposit or payment.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed. The price of your tour will be as quoted at the time of booking confirmation.

5.3 Payment

Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. We may require a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due before the tour date. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

5.4 Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the tour date you cancel. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information about cancellation terms and refund eligibility.

5.5 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made.

6. Tour Participation

6.1 Health and Fitness

You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and healthy enough to participate in your chosen tour. Some tours involve walking, hiking, or other physical activities that may not be suitable for everyone. If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, please inform us before booking.

6.2 Behavior and Conduct

All participants are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during tours. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate, without refund.

6.3 Safety

Your safety is our priority. You must follow all instructions given by your guide and comply with safety regulations. We are not liable for injuries or accidents that occur as a result of your failure to follow instructions or engage in reckless behavior.

6.4 Children

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of children in their care during tours.

7. Limitation of Liability
